On this weekend: something that is knowingly titled Not Just Another East London Pop-Up… sounds promising already. The Laundry Room is 'an exciting new shop and cafe concept' which will take place between the 3rd and the 4th of December at 3 Fournier Street, a beautiful townhouse in Spitalfields. The Laundry Room is lovingly curated by two school friends Bella Cruickshank and Jo Aspin, who describe their event as 'more than just a shop' where visitors will be served mulled wine, mince pies, cakes and cocktails as they browse a lovely selection of textiles, jewellery, art and Christmas gifts.

One of the most exciting artists involved in The Laundry Room is none other than Katey Jean Harvey, who has created beautiful work for Amelia's Magazine in the past. There will be lots of other fabulous work from established and up and coming artists and designers. Here's a sample of what to expect:
Paintings by David Hollington and Marenka Gabeler.
Prints by artists Kate Boxer, Dan Hillier and Katey Jean.

Julia Burness.
Jewellery by Corrie Williamson, Dynasty Jewellery, Julia Burness, Laura Gravestock, Cabbage is King, Ali Nash and Doreth Jones.
Ceramics by Linda Bloomfield, Helen Beard and Sue Whimster.
Candles by Bake Boutique.
