Faye West couldn’t wait to leave native Devon to study in London at the age of 18. Taking advantage of the many dress codes, themes and fancy dress nights whilst finishing her BA Hons degree in Fashion Promotion and Illustration . Two years after graduating she then joined Restless Artists Agency and feeling stuck in a thankless job in the corporate world of a large bookstore chain, she decided to ride out the economic slump back in the countryside. Accidentally ending up on a 3 mile long island populated by just 25 souls for a year, she is now greatfully back in the real world and concentrating on fine art and illustration.
