This November sees the launch of an exciting new pop-up gallery and music venture, Folie à Deux, holding its first Alt-Folk gig on the 20 November at New Cross's vibrant Utrophia Project Space – an old ice-cream factory turned art gallery and events space. The line up will include performances by some of the most up-and-coming and talented folk musicians around – Dear Winesburg, Amber States and The Mariner's Children front man Benedict Rubinstein.
Hosted in one of the most unique, genuinely creative and welcoming events spaces in London, Folie à Deux's Alt-Folk night will bring together some of the most exciting contemporary folk musicians and visual artists around today. Laced with mulled wine, beer and other seasonal drinks, it will be a joyous, cosy and inspiring evening – this is the first of many.
