I met Sarah Meredith of boutique jewellery label Rockcakes when my ACOFI book tour visited Brighton earlier this year. Inspired by my writings on ethical design she has recently launched a new collection of sustainable laser cut birchwood jewellery fit for a woodland tea party, which sits nicely alongside her new woodland themed precious metal collection.

If you'd like to see more of Sarah's work then get along to her first ever curated show, which takes place between 8th – 19th September at the Brighton Fishing Quarter Gallery. Other artists involved include Liw Banks, who will be selling gorgoues printed owl cushions and Lucy Ashworth who makes whimsical stuffed animals. Also involved are Lomokev and Piers Evershed.
