Art for JAPAN may 1st

The Mill Co. Project is hosting an arts and crafts fair with their community of creatives. The event will take place on Sunday May 1st and will run from 2-10pm with an exhibition of work from talented designers and illustrators, a creative market place with various stalls selling artwork, crafts, food, and drinks and some fun games thrown in for good measure. Music will be provided by various London DJ friends. The Mill Co. Project, along with various designers, illustrators and good friends are donating time and artwork for free to ensure that all money received goes to helping those in Japan.

To donate any artwork or run a market stall selling goods then please get in touch with The Mill Co. Project, who can also print limited runs from digital files.

The Mill Co. Project is a creative social enterprise housed, in a gorgeous old warehouse in the East End art gallery district, on Vyner Street, E2. It provides desk and studio spaces in a creative co-operative environment for freelance and independent artists/creatives, whilst the space allows for exhibitions, art based events and creative workshops both for the public and members of the community. Here is a link to an article on Eye magazine about The Mill Co Project and its sister company Mill Co., a co-operative of creative freelancers.
